In his third State of the Union address on Tuesday, President Obama made a strong pitch for economic fairness in America, outlining a plan that painted a stark contrast between his vision for the nation’s future and those of many Republicans — from those sitting before him to the Republican candidates for president.

Speaking before a joint session of the bitterly divided Congress, Mr. Obama described America as he hopes to see it become: “Think about the America within our reach: A country that leads the world in educating its people. An America that attracts a new generation of high-tech manufacturing and high-paying jobs. A future where we’re in control of our own energy, and our security and prosperity aren’t so tied to unstable parts of the world. An economy built to last, where hard work pays off, and responsibility is rewarded,” he said.

“We can do this,” Mr. Obama said. “I know we can, because we’ve done it before.”

Keeping America’s “promise alive,” Mr. Obama said, is “the defining issue of our time.”

According to the president, that question is about making sure that in the economic sector, “everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same set of rules.”

Mr. Obama reflected on the factors that led to the 2008 financial collapse.

“We learned that mortgages had been sold to people who couldn’t afford or understand them. Banks had made huge bets and bonuses with other people’s money. Regulators had looked the other way, or didn’t have the authority to stop the bad behavior,” he said. “It was wrong. It was irresponsible. And it plunged our economy into a crisis that put millions out of work, saddled us with more debt, and left innocent, hard-working Americans holding the bag.”

Now, he said, “the state of our Union is getting stronger. And we’ve come too far to turn back.”

“We can either settle for a country where a shrinking number of people do really well, while a growing number of Americans barely get by. Or we can restore an economy where everyone gets a fair shot, everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same set of rules. What’s at stake are not Democratic values or Republican values, but American values. We have to reclaim them.”

Mr. Obama pledged his commitment to working with Republicans and Democrats alike to “build on” the strengthening U.S. economy. But, he pledged, “I will oppose any effort to return to the very same policies that brought on this economic crisis in the first place.”

“No, we will not go back to an economy weakened by outsourcing, bad debt, and phony financial profits. Tonight, I want to speak about how we move forward, and lay out a blueprint for an economy that’s built to last – an economy built on American manufacturing, American energy, skills for American workers, and a renewal of American values,” he said.

“I will not go back to the days when Wall Street was allowed to play by its own set of rules,” he added later.

The president reiterated his call for Congress to impose the so-called “Buffett rule,” which would implement a tax overhaul requiring that capital gains and dividends be taxed at the same rate as income earned from work. (According to a new CBS News/New York Times poll, most Americans agree with the concept of the “Buffett rule.”)

To underscore his point, Buffett’s secretary, Debbie Bosanek, sat with First Lady Michelle Obama during the speech.

“Right now, because of loopholes and shelters in the tax code, a quarter of all millionaires pay lower tax rates than millions of middle-class households,” Mr. Obama said. “Right now, Warren Buffett pays a lower tax rate than his secretary.”

“Do we want to keep these tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans?” he asked. “Or do we want to keep our investments in everything else – like education and medical research; a strong military and care for our veterans? Because if we’re serious about paying down our debt, we can’t do both.”

Mr. Obama said he was willing to “rein in” the costs of Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, “so long as those programs remain a guarantee of security for seniors.”

In return, however, he reiterated a familiar demand: “Tax reform should follow the Buffett rule: If you make more than $1 million a year, you should not pay less than 30 percent in taxes. And my Republican friend Tom Coburn is right: Washington should stop subsidizing millionaires. In fact, if you’re earning a million dollarsa year, you shouldn’t get special tax subsidies or deductions.”

The plan is one that has previously been a nonstarter with congressional Republicans, most of whom oppose tax hikes of any nature – but it drew a particularly sharp contrast on Tuesday between the president and GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, who earlier in the day released tax returns showing that he paid a 14.5 percent tax rate on $42 million in earnings in the past two years. (Most of those earnings came from profits, dividends or interest from investments, which is why he was able to benefit from the low tax rate.)

The president seemed undeterred by the sea of unsmiling Republican faces when he framed the demand.

“The American people know what the right choice is,” he said. “So do I.”

Mr. Obama also outlined a series of proposals for creating jobs and improving the economy, primarily pointing to industries like high-tech manufacturing, science, technology and energy as those with the greatest potential to provide economic growth. But he acknowledged that “our commitment to skills and education has to start
earlier” in order to achieve those goals.

He called on Congress to stop “bashing” teachers, and urged all 50 states to require students to stay in high school until graduation or until they turn 18.

(Currently, students may legally drop out of school at age 16.)

“When students aren’t allowed to walk away from their education, more of them walk the stage to get their diploma,” he said.

Pivoting to immigration, an issue which will undoubtedly play a crucial role in the 2012 election, Mr. Obama reiterated his call for an overhaul of the American immigration system, and asked Congress to send him a bill addressing the issue.

“The opponents of action are out of excuses,” he said. “We should be working on comprehensive immigration reform right now. But if election-year politics keeps

Congress from acting on a comprehensive plan, let’s at least agree to stop expelling responsible young people who want to staff our labs, start new businesses, and defend this country. Send me a law that gives them the chance to earn their citizenship. I will sign it right away.”

Mr. Obama then circled back to the role of innovation in America’s economic future, calling for legislation easing regulations for Americans who want to start small businesses, and urging Congress not to “gut” funding for research and development.

“After all, innovation is what America has always been about,” he said.

He added: “You see, an economy built to last is one where we encourage the talent and ingenuity of every person in this country. That means women should earn equal pay for equal work. It means we should support everyone who’s willing to work; and every risk-taker and entrepreneur who aspires to become the next Steve Jobs.”

He cited the particular importance of investing in the development of alternative gas and energy resources, and  lauded America’s progress so far in developing those industries. He acknowledged, however, that “public investments don’t always come right away.”

“Some technologies don’t pan out; some companies fail,” he said, obliquely referencing the failure of Solyndra, a now-bankrupt solar energy company that received hundreds of millions of dollars from the government.

“But I will not walk away from the promise of clean energy,” he said. “I will not cede the wind or solar or battery industry to China or Germany because we refuse to make the same commitment here. We have subsidized oil companies for a century. That’s long enough. It’s time to end the taxpayer giveaways to an industry that’s rarely been more profitable, and double-down on a clean energy industry that’s never been more promising.”

The president also decried the “corrosive” influence of money in politics, and outlined a series of measures he said could help re-establish trust between “Main Street and Wall Street.”

“Send me a bill that bans insider trading by Members of Congress, and I will sign it tomorrow,” he said. “Let’s limit any elected official from owning stocks in industries they impact. Let’s make sure people who bundle campaign contributions for Congress can’t lobby Congress, and vice versa – an idea that has bipartisan support, at least outside of Washington.”

In light of the notoriously divisive state of affairs in Washington, Mr. Obama spoke of the need to “lower the temperature in this town.”

“We need to end the notion that the two parties must be locked in a perpetual campaign of mutual destruction; that politics is about clinging to rigid ideologies instead of building consensus around common sense ideas,” he said.

Invoking the philosophy of Abraham Lincoln, Mr. Obama touted his belief in a government that helps Americans without infringing on their rights.

“I’m a Democrat. But I believe what Republican Abraham Lincoln believed: That Government should do for people only what they cannot do better by themselves, and no more,” he said. “The point is, we should all want a smarter, more effective government. And while we may not be able to bridge our biggest philosophical differences this year, we can make real progress.”

The president called on Congress to work with him. Still, he vowed to proceed with his mission either way.

“With or without this Congress, I will keep taking actions that help the economy grow. But I can do a whole lot more with your help. Because when we act together, there is nothing the United States of America can’t achieve.

In a Republican rebuttal following the speech, Republican Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels lambasted Mr. Obama for his handling of the economy, which he said had become “radically worse” under the president’s guidance.

“In three short years, an unprecedented explosion of spending, with borrowed money, has added trillions to an already unaffordable national debt,” he said. “And yet, the president has put us on a course to make it radically worse in the years ahead.”

He blasted Mr. Obama for what he called his “constant disparagement” of the business community, and argued that the private sector held the keys to economic success.

“The routes back to an America of promise, and to a solvent America that can pay its bills and protect its vulnerable, start in the same place,” he said. “The only way up for those suffering tonight, and the only way out of the dead end of debt into which we have driven, is a private economy that begins to grow and create jobs, real jobs, at a much faster rate than today.”

Total Asset RATIO to Tax considerations :
401K-er is only 0.5 times less than a Millionaire so only 15% or 50% less.

Millionaire is 2 times a 401K-er = 30% tax – This is equitable.

Billionaire = 1000 times richer, so why cant they pay 3000% more and are allowed to pay the same as that millionaire?!?

This is weak Pres.O. . . . . consider how many voters are worth 401K and below? 99%. Yet you pander to the 1% or lets say 10% or even 30%, for good measure instead. The 99% need the 1% billionaires to pay 3000% taxes for the word ‘fairness’ to be used ok? 1000s of times wealthier so 1000s of time more tax correct?

Who’s vote base is larger? The 99% or 1%? Why do you sacrifice 99% of your votes for 1% of the country??? This is hardly economic fairness. You have the power Pres. O, use it. Another black man could run on the above tax considerations and you Barak will lose this election. I propose MLK III or even ‘O’prah to take up the above pro-99% paradigm for taxation in their run for President if Pres. O doesn’t want to.

If Barak takes this up, I’m sure he will fare better than a new candidate who does because he’s already the Pres. . Otherwise it’s a lost cause when met with these numbers. 99% of the votes ‘trump’ 1% of the votes . . . this is very lazy minded and mob mentality, but given the immense wealth the 1% is gaining, this is a quick solution that is still equitable even though ethically questionable.

Asset Value GST and Income Tax Applicable

401K and below 3%
401K to 4.01M 9%
4.01M to 40.1M 20% (Mitt Romney worth 250Million earned 6 million+ last year. He gets to keep 4.8 million of this 6M)
40.1M to 401M 40%
401M to 4.01B 60%
4.01B to 40B 80%
40B + 99% (Can you imagine how much a 40B-aire like Mayor Bloomberg could be earning? Lets say 500Million a year – he’ll get to keep 5 million, almost like Mitt!)

The richest will get 5Million at least every year. Thats 12 times 401K in 1 single year as opposed to the 99%-ter’s 401K’s 30 years of work. Yes Pres. O lets be fair even at 99% tax the Billionaires still get 12 x 30 (360 times) what a 99%-ter gets . . .

Origin of the Roma – compilation various sources by AgreeToDisagree – late August 2011

In Caucasian, Gypsy, Legionairre, Roman, Slavic on January 25, 2012 at 6:40 pm

For the love of Dark Haired Dark Eyed (not white enough) Caucasians, modern Gypsies, South Slavic peoples and Romanians . . . This one is for the ‘less than white’ whites based in Rome/Greece. The country of origin of the Roma was a great mystery from the Middle Ages, when they arrived in Europe, to both the inhabitants of the countries they arrived in, as well as to historians. It isn’t possible to determine the date of their arrival in Europe exactly, because they spread through Europe in individual bands independant of each other. The only available references are the records that have survived in the archives of various cities and towns. These records are evidence only of their “official” discovery and don’t reveal the exact date of their arrival, merely a chain of events that made their way into the archives.

Romulus and Remus (think Romulan and Kittim then Judaism, then look at the adversorial role in Hollywood in Star Trek) are Rome’s twin founders in its traditional foundation myth, although the former is sometimes said to be the sole founder. Their maternal grandfather was Numitor, rightful king of Alba Longa, a descendant of the Trojan prince Aeneas, and father to Rhea Silvia (also known as Ilia.) Before their conception, Numitor’s brother Amulius deposed his brother, killed his sons and forced Rhea to become a Vestal Virgin, intending to deprive Numitor of lawful heirs and thus secure his own position; but Rhea conceived Romulus and Remus by either the god Mars or the demi-god Hercules. When the twins were born, Amulius left them to die but they were saved by a series of miraculous interventions (Gypsy luck no doybt stems from here). A she-wolf found them and suckled them. Hence the totem animal for the Romans should be the Wolf (and this is how Werewolves tied into the Vlad-Dracula myth), though wolves were later destroyed because wolves also ate many of the Roma in the pre-Christian era.

A shepherd and his wife then fostered them and raised them to manhood as shepherds. The twins proved to be natural leaders and acquired many followers. When told their true identities, they killed Amulius, restored Numitor to the throne of Alba Longa and decided to found a new city for themselves. Romulus wished to build the new city on the Palatine Hill but Remus preferred the Aventine Hill. They agreed to determine the site through augury. Romulus appeared to receive the more favorable signs but each claimed the results in his favor. In the disputes that followed, Remus was killed. Ovid has Romulus invent the festival of Lemuria to appease Remus’ resentful ghost. Romulus names the new city Rome after himself and goes on to create the Roman Legions and the Roman Senate. Rome’s population is swelled by incomers, including landless refugees and outlaws; most are men. Romulus arranges the abduction of women from the neighboring Sabine tribes, which immediately leads to war but eventually results in the combination of Sabines and Romans as one Roman people. Rome rapidly expands to become a dominant force in central Italy, due to divine favour and the inspired administrative, military and political leadership of Romulus. In later life Romulus becomes increasingly autocratic, disappears in mysterious circumstances and is deified as the god Quirinus, the divine persona of the Roman people. The image of the she-wolf suckling the divinely fathered twins became an iconic representation of the city and its founding legend, making Romulus and Remus preeminent among the feral children of ancient mythography. The martial nature of that the Galea (brush topped helmet) represented. The legend as a whole encapsulates Rome’s ideas of itself, its origins and moral values; for modern scholarship, it remains one of the most complex and problematic of all foundation myths, particularly in the matter and manner of Remus’ death. Ancient historians had no doubt that Romulus gave his name to the city. Most modern historians believe his name a back-formation from the name Rome; the basis for Remus’ name and role remain subjects of ancient and modern speculation. The myth was fully developed into something like an “official”, chronological version in the Late Republican and early Imperial era. Roman historians dated the city’s foundation from 758 to 728 BC. Plutarch says Romulus was fifty-three at his death; his reckoning gives the twins’ birth year as c. 771 BC. Possible historical bases for the broad mythological narrative remain unclear and are much disputed. Very few scholars believe in the historicity of Romulus and Remus, but Andrea Carandini is one. He bases his belief on the 1988 discovery of an ancient wall which he names as the Murus Romuli on the north slope of the Palatine Hill in Rome, and dates to the mid 8th century BC. In the Balkans, the Roma were named by a term originally given to a sect of Macedonian monks (probably a disbanded Roman Legion), the Athiganoi or Atsiganos, from which came another group of names – Zingaro, Tsigane, Zigeuner, Cigani, Cikani.

“The number of foreign loan words in Romales corresponds to the length of stay in various countries.” Thanks to this revelation, we can also estimate the migration of the leftover Roman troops (who probably interbred with Indians all the way to, Turkey, Spain’s Spaniards to the pheripheries of White Europe with greater precision. The Roman empire in the end was overrun by millions of barbarians from the north and east of Europe. It is believed to have happened two or three times in history that huge migrations took place across Europe, where peoples moved to settle in new territories. The great migration proved too much for the Romans to stem. Their armies were designed to defeat other armies, not entire folks and peoples flooding toward them. The collapse was completed when Rome itself was conquered by the Visigoth Odoacer and his men in the year AD 476. But what is generally referred to as ‘the Fall of Rome’ doesn’t include the eastern empire the heart of which stood Romania. This, with its centre in Constantinople, managed to cling on for almost another thousand years until it was eventually conquered by the Turks under their leader Mohammed II in the year AD 1453. In connection with the Mongol and Turkish expansion, the former Roman troops, now gypsies known as Roma (truncated the ‘n’ from Roman), continued perhaps in a subtle spiritual circumambulation in disguise as poor wanderers through South East Europe, Asia Minor and the Balkans, also settled for a time in Greece, which explains the numerous Greek words in Romales, and then advanced up the Danube valley to Central Europe. A different branch went through Armenia, the Caucasus, later Russia and then Scandanavia. By the 15th century, the Roma were dispersed all throughout Europe, including England and Scotland, very much the entirity of Imperial Vulpine Rome’s region of control at the height to it’s power. Their adopted exotic appearance brought forth various speculations about the reasons for their wandering life and theories about their original homeland. Europeans were patient with the nomads at first, taking them to be the penitent Christian pilgrims they passed themselves off as.

Chroniclers described their looks and compared them to the Tatars. Dark skinned, they approached the cities in long caravans, some on foot, others on horseback, with wagons full of baggage, women and children. Central Europe still remembered the Tatar raids very well, and the Roma, who were well aware of their similarity to the Tatars, presented themselves as peace-loving folk besides. In white Europe, the Roma found themselves in an entirely special situation, because their group’s informal norms weren’t always in harmony with the norm and value systems of the surrounding majority population, and to this day they have difficulty finding a compromise among the norms to follow. Probably a throwback to Roman discipline and due to likely persecution of former overlords when their capital fell, the Roma always lived in closed groups and the unfriendliness of the “Gadje” strengthened to a certain degree the solidarity between individual Romani groups

Eventually, their martial traits degenerated into the lower expressions of Mars, and they justified stealing and robbing as their way of getting back at various overthrows. Doubtless they were and still are the only European force fprmally a match occultwise against the modern Egypto-Masonic ‘true whites’ who are having structural problem of their own. South Eastern Europe (Roman Empire) where the ‘less than white’ Caucasians (derisively termed Slavic nations ‘Slaves’???) of former Imperial Rome spanning perhaps Romania, Hungary, Austria Slovenia Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Sarejevo, Montenegro, Bulgaruia, Macedonia, Albania, Greece, Italy (and of course Rome – now a 2 sq km microstate itself) which should be recapitalised again under a new Imperator and Patrician class, after forming a second EU style entity based on the Roman Empire, could yet conglomerate a portion of lands that the Vulpine-Romulan Roman Empire once ruled all the way from Italy to Romania. Right now, all ‘Southern Slavic’ nations are depopulating and being relegated as the poor EU, if governments in that reguion of the Vulpine Roman Empire chose to study a certain body of work, they could regain their pride and raise massive interest in their long and illutrious history as the Roman Imperiale again.

Look up Lupercalia and Lykaia as well and consider re-adopting some of the most distinct cultural and faith traditions. Holy Romulus, the First Emperor of the Roma and Goddess Lupa would be proud of his descendents and the region would doubtless emerge as a cultural centre of the East Mediterranean and Balkans, Black Sea region again. Let the world know what PALATINE means and not let this name be subsumed by a false Star Wars franchise. Who knows the Jedi Faith could be art of the new group who indirectly worship Romulus and Goddess Lupa? As for burning of Vestal Virgins, we leave that to the volunteers who doubtless would participate, this has beena long way arriving since Moloch, being called Kittim and later gypsies, the circle shows how it will be completed study the Pax Roman dark haired, daerk eyed Caucasians, no more will your people be secondary to another – and stop migrating to the ‘whiter’ EUrope for a start, you need to invest in your own country.

Try lobbying your government for the below on the listed basis : PLAN OF ACTION FOR SOUTH SLAVIC CITIZENS Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of . . . just joking, from here on it should always be Hail the Roman Empire and the Goddess Lupa ! Let the listed slavic governments all distribute land to feed their citizens with, and that will be their work and sustenance. Who says they are jobless? The state sequestering land makes citizens homeless and have no avenue to grow their own food. Then government wanting to control everything pretends to give food stamps until the nation goes bankrupt. Doesn’t the country belong to all citizens? By extension, all that land also belongs to the citizens and should be distributed for growing food at least. If youth or citizens are hungry and jobless, give them land to do subsistence farming which will occupy their time. Making food for themselves will be their job.

So simple and free of cost. But do not bother with infrastructure which will cost alot. Dig your own pit system for toilets, , your government can’t afford toilets yet, for housing, a “dirt cheap” building system (under $1,000 US dollars) is something most people in the region can afford, especially with donor and government support. Ordinary people, even those without building experience, can quickly grasp the concept of filling bags with soil or crushed rubble to build their homes. Manufactured building materials are becoming increasingly scarce and expensive but use of locally available earth, recycled materials. The comfort and security provided by sturdy sandbag (“earthbag”) walls creates houses that are more hurricane, tsunami and earthquake resistant than virtually any other structures currently being built in the region. Most housing designs in current use fail to adequately address the issue of sustainability. Houses that require large quantities of wood, for example, are not sustainable. Much of the wood would likely come from non-sustainable sources such as illegally clear cut forests. Likewise, houses built primarily of concrete – a high embodied energy material that is a major cause of global warming – are not sustainable.

Empowering local communities to take over building of free housing for themselves is useful. Construction of these houses develops local skills, such as basic carpentry and plastering, and helps create microenterprises that provide building materials. And with growth of ownj food, there will be no dependence on Western European employers who hardly welcome ‘job stealing’ or ‘job competition’ anyway. It will be frontier style living as in ancient Roman times, but no more food stamp fees, no high crime rates just because people have no land to work, and better than national bankruptcy of homeless in tent cities everywhere ! It all hinges on what the politicians (Patrician classes) among the South slavic states (Romulans of the resurgent Vulpine Roman Empire) could do !

Declare redistribution of all unused state land. Those who are too lazy to work their own fields can die, and at that point government could say, they had land and if they were too lazy to cultivate even their own food, they deserved it. Remember that the lands and wealth of the world belong to all men so Romans, don’t think you are not part of the country or don’t deserve anything – IT IS YOUR LAND and you have a right to cultivate it and own it (at least enough for subsistence and living space purposes). Challenge all your Senators and Governors and Mayors and Congressmen or candidates for the same to sign the pledge form under a cam with a clear timetable. Indict them if they fail to keep the pledges later. All it takes is an aye or nay after a bill or amendment is aired. remember to vote ONLY for people not worth more than 20 million tops. Anything above (actually anything above 2M IMHO) and you will end up with someone who will not be able to write policy according to the needs of the Joe Public ‘masses’.

Long live the Roman Empire ! Hail Imperator Romulus the Second !

Has Chandra not heard of Unity in Diversity or is he defending Ketuanan Melayu – by Iskandar Dzulkarnain – 28 Aug 2011

In 3rd Force, Democracy, hegelian dialectic, Media Neutrality on January 25, 2012 at 6:35 pm
Has Chandra not heard of Unity in Diversity or is he defending Ketuanan Melayu Going through Chandra Muzaffar’s Merdeka wish list, I had to read it 3 times before being able to grasp some of its meaning. Frankly, I had trouble understanding his flowery words. He talks about the lack of bridge builders and the fostering of national unity, about bridge wreckers and people erecting walls, and that national unity lies with the rakyat (populace) and not the with the government only. He goes on to say that no country in the world can claim achievement in inter-ethnic unity, which will never happen as people are of different religious and cultural backgrounds, different histories, memories and with different experiences.
And according to Chandra, there is also a need for Malaysians to understand in greater depth what the Constitution and Rukun Negara is all about and not placing politics above national unity. “That will never happen, not only in Malaysia but also in any multi-ethnic and multi-religious society in the world. Why? Because we are talking about people with different religious and cultural backgrounds, different histories, different memories and with different experiences,” Chandra told a government news agency. “It is a very complex situation. There are differences and they will always be there. Every now and then something will happen. We will have to continue to reduce these differences, we have to continue to work out some sort of arrangement for us to live together.” Very strange coming from the Chairman of the Yayasan 1Malaysia Board of Trustees. Has he not heard about Unity in Diversity? Is Chandra, who used to be a PKR leader before deciding BN policies were better, trying to defend Prime Minister Najib Razak? Is Najib now trying to excuse away his own failure at unitng the country?
Or is UMNO trying to justify its infamous ketuanan Melayu or Malay Supremacy? Reality As far back as many old-timers can remember Malaysians were always united. Since 1957, Malaysians were so united that no country in the world could split the nation. Communism could not, neither could the threat of race and religion. If one were to pause for a moment and ponder, the Malays, Chinese and Indians do respect each other. Not so much because of skin colour but the fact that we are all different from each other. It is an inherent courtesy. Secondly, if we recall the past, the Chinese gangs in most of the cities of Malaysia would fight each other, but they would not pick a fight with Malays or Indians. Malays may go on a rampage, sometimes with parangs (machetes) but they will attack their own kind and not the other races. Indian gangsters too make mincemeat of each other but seldom try to pick a fight with other races. Obviously, there are the exceptions and one of the most notable was the May 13, 1969 riots, which is widely acknowledged to have been politically instigated and manipulated by none other than the current Prime Minister’s dad, Abdul Razak Hussein. In Tunku’s days But in the early days of the nation’s birth, long before the advent of the ‘new batch’ of illegal foreign workers (from the 1980s onwards) so to speak, the unspoken respect for the other races was high, akin to an unspoken compromise that a Chinese thief will not rob a Malay or Indian house. Neither will a Malay rob a Chinese or Indian home. They rather rob or quarrel with their own kind. Only in Primary schools, did the children fight each other as they were too young to realise the importance of racial respect. Of course, there are random cases of racial attacks but the fact is that Malaysians are too nice to try and rouse disagreement with others than with their own kind. Thirdly, a Chinese or Indian could go into a Malay village without any fear. The inquisitive pakciks and makciks may even invite you in the house for tea and kuih. The same when a Malay goes into a Chinese new village or an Indian village. There is absolutely no fear unlike in democratic USA where an Asian or a White is highly likely to get lynched, robbed and waylaid if they wandered into a black ghetto in New York City. Fourthly, the unity and understanding was strong enough that Malaysians of all races could live, work and play together. The fact that we are all different in skin colour, culture, religion and language is the reason why it was interesting for us to bond rather than to divide. Too idyllic? Perhaps so, but by and large if one were to ask the old-timers, they will recall an era much like what has been described. How come? Was it really possible? Yes, it was possible because UMNO leaders like Tunku Abdul Rahman had focused on uniting the differences amongst the races. But when leaders like Abdul Razak took over, and later on Mahathir Mohamad, this was when Malaysia downspiralled into the disaster it now is. The real bridge-wreckers These days, UMNO leaders including Nazri Aziz, Rais Yatim and Muhyiddin Yassin seem to delight in pointing out the differences between the races. They are seen to be actively warning the races not to mix. On TV1, a program timed for Hari Raya that falsely depicts apostasy is shown nationwide to warn the Muslims not to trust the other faiths. There is only one thing to say to these people, May God forgive them and may God save Malaysia! So far, despite their worst efforts, Malaysians remain united although this unity is becoming increasingly fragile as it has not been properly welded. So Chandra is right when he warned about “Bridge Wreckers”.
There are certainly unseen forces out there hell-bent on disuniting us, putting fear into our hearts, sowing distrust and hate for each other and then trying to sell us their ‘antidote.’ Who are Chandra’s bridge wreckers? Is it the Pakatan Rakyat? Is that what he was trying to get at? He doesn’t mention but it is telling that he refutes the term Bangsa Malaysia, which appeared in the Malay version of Vision 2020 (Wawasan 2020). Chandra points to the English version instead, where the term used was actually Greater Unity amongst the different peoples and the different communities. “As I have said earlier, stronger bonds is what matters,” he stressed to Bernama. Is Chandra refuting a Bangsa Malaysia and why? He then goes on an apparent attack against those who ‘question’ the rights of the Malays. “For instance, what is the language of the nation? Malay, as spelt out in Article 152 of the Malaysian Constitution, and Malay is the language of the Malay people. What is the religion of the nation? Article 3 of the Federal Constitution states that the official religion of the nation is Islam. What is the religion of the Malay people? Islam,” said Chandra. “So the two characteristics of the nation are actually the characteristics of the Malays. To ask whether a person is Malay first or Malaysian first, actually reveals the questioner’s own superficial understanding of what the Malaysian nation is all about.” Whoever Chandra had in mind when he spoke about bridge wreckers, he certainly comes across as one himself. Unity in Diversity Fact remains, as things stand, there are unseen forces are trying very hard to divide and rule. Even by lying, cheating, coercing, buying votes and intimidating the people. These power-crazed people seem to be so frightened they will use all their minions to support and cloak their evil practises with respectability. The multi-racial Bersih 2.0 gave the ruling elite a heart attack and recurring nightmares. So if Chinese and Indians still think that Malays are eyeing their freedom and constitutional rights, please think again. It is not the Malays but selectn UMNO leaders, whose purpose is to retain control over the Malays. But not all Malay politicians are so lost in the pursuit of ambition and greed. This is why PKR, PAS and DAP are such thorns to these Bridge Wreckers. – Malaysia Chronicle

You Iskandar and your Choonmei, can condemn Chandra for being a dr.Mahathir pro-racist man who does not like diversity, but when you selectively delete comments which represent diversity of stands on issue, you are not practising what you preach, being 2 faced, 4 tongued. 2 4 Can people trust the alternative party you represent when it is more of the same? The way this media portal has no respect for freedom of speech? No respect for the right to open discussion? Selective silencing of the commentator as the information ministry suppresses media and publications in Malaysia now?
People are no fools but we will suffer Pakatan’s and YOUR presence and habit of comment censorship which will translate to publication censorship until a better media portal or a new political grouping, probably 3rd force made up of SUPP, M0CS, KITA, MCLM, PCM, Borneo Front, Konsensus Bebas, HRP, PSM and any independents arise. Better change and start allowing comments otherwise the people will know exactly what to do with your crappy website and it’s lack of ethic and the political party it represents. Unity in Diversity my ar$3. Practice what you preach and allow freedom of speech first on your own media portal before even targetting people like Chandra (whom I was quite cross with when he threatened Antares with a lawsuit for airing an opinion he didn’t like.) you hypocite and dictator in the making ! Shameless journalistic integrity sellouts of the people !
See below for how Chandra bullies Antares :
Next up, if you keep deleting comments : an article headed ” Malaysia Chronicle attacks Freedom of Speech, and prevents open discussion for political party interests ! ” Are you with the Rakyat or just 1 political party or coalition? And now you want more political seats in Penang? A second UMNO arises ! Lets hope MANY independents remove DAP from power, then we’ll see how many comments you delete. Try deleting this comment ! Shoot yourself in the foot ! Come on ! Pakatan and BN or 3rd Force will love what you’re doing ! And the Rakyat will be that much clearer on which 3rd Force candidate or independent to vote !

“Tolerance” Doesn’t Extend to Christians – Taki’s Magazine – 31st August 2011

In Apartheid, Aramea, Bumiputera Apartheid, Celtic, Church, Dead Sea Scrolls, Ethics, Judaism, Nordic on January 25, 2012 at 6:31 pm
(Taki’s Magazine) “This reaching-out to other cultures while pushing away the host culture took a particularly bizarre form at a nearby college about fifteen years ago when a Protestant chapel was being built.”( Excerpt from “More Tales from the Collegiate Looney Bin”) I’ve recently started recovering from forty years among pseudo-academic weirdos in the collegiate loony bin. One persistent aspect of modern college life is its obvious loathing for anything that smacks of Christianity. This includes whiting out Christian symbols and references to Christian holidays from the academic landscape. In the fall of 2006, a bronze cross was carted out of Wren Chapel at William and Mary lest it cause offense to unidentified spectators. Faculty members I’ve had the misfortune of knowing usually vibrate with excitement at such displays of sensitivity, and whenever the possibility exists for replacing “Christmas greetings” with “Have a blessed Kwanzaa,” “Peace to you on Ramadan,” or an inspirational listing of white racist sins, academics will run to make this happen. Staff members once changed a “Yule Bowl Party” to a “Season’s Greeting Festival,” arguing that “Yule” references were an affront to non-Westerners. Perhaps an itinerant Hindu would wander into the gathering and go bonkers at the mention of something once associated with Christianity.
This reaching out to other cultures while pushing away the host culture took a particularly bizarre form at a nearby college about fifteen years ago when a Protestant chapel was being built. Plans had been made to crown the newly constructed steeple with a simple cross to indicate a Christian house of worship at what was then a quasi-denominational institution. But this was not permitted to transpire because a Jewish faculty member protested mightily against the blood-curdling symbol. It seems the cross reminded her of the Holocaust, an association that is perhaps understandable given that authors who are abundantly present in college libraries always make the same dubious connection. The proper answer in this instance would have been to tell the employee to look elsewhere for a job if she found Christian symbols so intolerable. Instead, the “cross was reconsidered”–that is, replaced by a less offensive spherical object.
***Selected Commentator Comments :
Johnboye let’s get one thing straight, right from the start. No Muslim, Hindu, or Buddhist amongst us has any reason to object to the traditional celebration of Christmas. And, in my experience, they don’t. The only ethnics I have ever seen getting all fired up about Christmas celebrations are Jews. Why? Who knows…maybe the Talmud can enlighten us on that one. Don’t believe all this guff about Muslims objecting to Christmas. Take a trip to (predominantly Muslim) Malaysia in December and you’ll find the department store jingles just as irritating as in any NY or London emporium. It’s the Jews, stupid!
[[[ *** RESPONSE *** ]]]
APARTHEID occurs in Malaysia yet the net effect of the article on the last link which you are about to read makes light of it. In Malaysia, Churches have been firebombed, Indian and Chinese temples have been demolished, Raids on Churches are still done to single out apostate Muslims. Did you know that the Native Malays in East Malaysia some of whom are Christian converts are disallowed to build Churches or even to have a Malay language Bible? We may not like Christians or any other peoples but this misrepresentation of what Malaysia is, is not fair to the suffering citizens of Malaysia, especially minority races and non-Muslims, including Malays who are non-Muslim or Muslims who have gone apostate.
What is wrong with @Johnboye? What is wrong with henrymakow’s site? Henry you cant be this ignorant of current affairs to allow Johnboye to post such a comment can you? Or are you secretly fronting for the Masons to allow masking of such obvious attacks and democratic abuses the Malaysia carries out? What was posted on YOUR site is a sheer lie in terms of misrepresenting Malaysia as a safe place to be Christian. It’s like a holocaust denial when a picture is painted that things are well in Malaysia. There are most certainly NOT. What if you were subject to 2nd class undemocratic citizenship? Or were Malay and became a 2nd class citizen denied the choice of religion, AFTER being persecuted for becoming apostate and adopting another religion? Did you see the Lina Joy case? She is a real person suffering REAL persecution in Malaysia.
Those store jingles are but a thin veneer to hide severe rot in the issue of tolerance to diversity. Also, please allow an open comments system. Your site is kinda closed to the public opinion and thus passe or at least selectively propagandist. HONESTY or at least know whats going on in your site Henry ! Did someone with deep pockets send you something to clear the conscience to allow such comments? If you want to speak against Malaysia’s apartheid, do it directly – be forthright, not hide behind upfront activists (or people who do not take to all this manipulation which confounds the less intelligent masses till the prefer to take the bold faced lies that the NWO/Illuminati or whatever Globalist plutocracy agenda’s advantage) by provoking in such articles. Otis McWrong? I see someone bought wholesale into the Aramaic Christian faith to end up defending it like this. That is the native faith of Aramea (part of modern Iran and Syria) NOT that of any ‘white folk’.
Read my earlier article on the true ‘white’ gods : Tuatha de Danaan, Wiccanism (deer skin clad woad wearing) Celtism, Druidism, for red haired green eyed, Odin’s Nordic Pantheon, for the blond haired blue eyed Viking Scandinavians, or Holy books Mabinogi and Prose Edda Celt, Irish and Scot (before the English slaughtered and proselytized, colonized the Isles). The dark haired dark eyed ROMANS being God Remus, God Romulus and Goddess Lupa, their holy book perhaps the body of knowledge preserved in tarot, the planetary intelligences that shine brightly on the Roma Gypsy communities or ‘Travellers’ – former Legionnaires of the Roman Empire rightfully from Italy to Romania at very least. The English are NOT native Christians, the Anglicans were a rather non-descript tribe which only occupied the eastern portion of the island of England and adopted whole sale Roman thought, and Aramaic faith then later warred upon the Arabs and Persians, near destroyed the Red Race and occupied India and China.
The only folk who were originally Christian were the somewhat brown skinned, brown haired, brown eyed, near Middle Eastern Arameans (Aramea was situated in what is North East Iran andparts of Syria now – your ‘sand n1gg3rs’ as it were . . . ) and they spoke and wrote ARAMAIC on their own Holy Scriptures, the Dead Sea Scrolls. Don’t be like the Nazis who stole the Aryan concept and even Swastika from the Northern Indians. You are stealing from the Arameans and doubtless even revised the original intent of the Aramaic faith which states that the Church is in the heart of Mankind and not a BUILDING which only Satan inhabits and posses those who enter. Seek your own LOTR-esque roots and stop being copycats.
Finally many evil actions occur behind Church doors, some of which Henry has been condemning, rabid feminism, militant LGBT (though pushes back abit too hard sometimes, think Boy George – Do You Really Want to Hurt Them? A sense of Civilisation and Freedom of Life stays our hand . . . ), paedophilia, being an outlet for white washing consciences AFTER evil actions (being indulgences, effectively buying right to be evil), and of course Oligarchy and Nepotism in committee management, politics or wealth rather than merit for promotion in the Eclesiastic hierarchy . . . because the Testaments stray from the Dead Sea Scrolls, Christianity is but a corrupted shadow churning out corrupted citizens and not even a native faith for the ethnically proud and philosophically and culturally pure minded to embrace. Remember your roots, native faith systems, for a people with no roots are but locusts seeking themselves without contentment (warmongering as seen by English colonial actions in Africa, India and China, the Americas (who were the property of the Red Race of Man, but are now still under occupation) repatriate yourselves if you have a sense of justice or at least speak for the Red Race in a sense of reparation . . . then even the Jews get blamed. Think clear, not all Jews are Zionists.
How about a rethink and rewrite of your below article Henry?

£6m-a-year? – by Paul Revoir – 1st September 2011

In Equality, Fat Cats, Plutocracy, Wealth distribution on January 25, 2012 at 6:24 pm
I was worth it, says Jonathan Ross who claims rivals would have paid him more than the BBC. Jonathan Ross has insisted his former £6million a year salary at the BBC was less than he was really worth. The controversial TV presenter, who left the corporation last year, said he had ‘turned down millions’ to stay at the licence fee funded broadcaster. Ross, 50, also criticised corporation bosses for failing to back him up and say ‘yes that’s what he is worth’. He added that it was ‘ridiculous’ to compare how much he was paid to journalists, claiming it would be like him saying, ‘I can’t believe the director general is worth 1,000 people who clean up the tea’. When Ross signed his controversial £18million three-year deal at the BBC it was reported that ITV and Channel 4 had also been courting him to sign with them. But the BBC was victorious in securing his signature but at a huge price both financially and in terms of the political damage it caused to the corporation over the following years. Controversial: Ross with wife Jane Goldman Controversial: Ross with wife Jane Goldman Speaking on Richard Bacon’s Radio 5 Live show Mr Ross launched a staunch defence of his pay packet claiming it was wrong to portray him as ‘greedy’ when he could have got more money for the same or even less work from other broadcasters. When asked if he was paid too much, Mr Ross said: ‘No. I tell you why I don’t, because the market value was that I would have got several million more for doing the same volume of work, if not less, outside of the BBC.’ The star told the show: ‘Sure I was being paid a load of money and it must seem like an incredible amount to someone who is in a regular job, but at the same time I am not in a regular job I am in show-business and I was at the top of my game.’
He left the BBC in July 2010 after 13 years and in the same month he signed a deal to front a chat show for ITV. Mr Ross’s time at the corporation was soured after his part in the obscene phone call scandal involving actor Andrew Sachs. He was suspended without pay for three months. He admitted that the combination of continual criticism over his pay and the scrutiny on his behaviour in the wake of the answer phone scandal was part of the reason why he left. Ross said: ‘Partly I left and partly I was asked to leave, really. ‘I always said I wouldn’t sign another big contract with them because when the money became such a big story in the newspapers, I didn’t enjoy that, I didn’t enjoy being under scrutiny in that way, I didn’t think it was particularly fair as well because I turned down a much bigger offer to go outside the BBC to stay there. ‘So I thought it was very odd that I was being painted as this kind of greedy guy who was trying to get what he could out of the BBC, when in actual fact I turned down millions to stay there.’ The presenter said it was ‘unhelpful’ that the BBC did not back him up and say that he was worth the money and getting less than the going rate and that it stood by the decision. He accused them of trying to ‘fudge’ the issue and said they should have decided what they were going to say about the issue. Comedian: Russell Brand was involved in the Andrew Sachs scandal with Ross Centre of a row: Actor Andrew Sachs, outside his North London home
Scandal: Russell Brand, left, played a part in the obscene phone call that angered actor Andrew Sachs, right Mr Ross told Mr Bacon: ‘Look you wanted me to stay, you were prepared to pay that amount of money, you knew I could have got more going elsewhere, you were delighted I stayed, why don’t you say that. ‘Why don’t you say here’s the deal, we pay him a lot of money, millions of people watch his show every week, millions of people listen to his radio show, the film show is in safe hands and is really good…we are proud to have him here.’ He said alternatively they could have said that it was causing ‘unnecessary criticism’ and talked about the deal with him. He said he offered to go if they had wanted. Ross added: ‘I would have been willing to leave if they had wanted to.’ In the interview he claimed he did not miss the BBC and said it was doing ‘fine’ without him. He said by the end he had stopped enjoying every single week on his show. He said after the Sachs scandal there was a ‘feeling like everyone was waiting for you to mess up again’. The comedian claimed he had never said he was worth a thousand BBC journalists but was commenting on a piece he had read which had made the claim. But he did say if you are a front-line host with your name on a show then you would be paid considerably more than a journalist. He said it had been a ‘ridiculous’ to compare the pay of a journalist with someone whose name was on a show and said it was like him saying ‘I can’t believe the director general is worth 1,000 people who clean up the tea.’ He said was ‘a different job’, ‘a different skills set’ and a ‘different wage bracket’. The Jonathan Ross Show begins on ITV on Saturday.

Now we know where all the wealth in Western countries go. More fat cats to debunk. And this time plutocratic news anchors?!? Stockholders and the general public and ordinary citizen should not tolerate this sort of salary scale. In private networks this might pass due to nepotism or cliques (which is rampant being private after all, though it cannot breed popularity in anycase even among the public and certainly not among the staff internally) but even then that would mean that we are being charged too high for electricity and cable given the extreme wealth people in Telecommunications or Energy are now showing, considering that a mere anchor is worth so much ! Boycott and demand salary reviews. A moutpiece deserves no more than a middle class retirement. ANYONE can gab away, but it takes good citizens to put things in perspective and take fat cats down to a level where they are earning something appropriate.
Western civilisation is a total mess. Ask how many people in Asia earn 6 million, no matter how well trained. Exceptional businessmen can hardly retire with 2 or 3 million, and these guys earn 6 million while millions of people starve or are homeless? Anyone advocate 200 people taking turns in a 5 year stint sharing this 1 shiny suited freak’s salary, announcing nonsesne and split up the cash from the ridiculous salary at 30K each? This is just too much. Whats so much better about this guy than everyone else starving or being homeless? A culture of plutocracy and likely patronage and oligarchy kills the West, enriches 1 or a handful while hundreds languish. Detestable Capitalist pigs. Citizens, switch off your TVs. Boycott entire channels. And bosses/paymasters/industry price setters, you are upsetting the social structure, causing sequestration of wealth, and devaluing degrees/education in general when mouthpieces who parrot verbatim what is doled out for them to read on a teleprompter are paid more than the highest qualified professors and academics who may not retire very well at all ! Vote for Joe Publics worth not more than 200K and stock investors, READ how much these guys are being paid and pull out if salaries are too much like this. Nothing against news anchors but that salary what what they do is sheer obscenity for the monotony and cult of personality of what the consumer has to put up with. A new face every week would be more interesting. And that way wealth distribution could actually occur.

Why are Babies Vaccinated for a STD? – by Jack Ragnarok – 26th June 2011

In Abuse of Power, Health, Informed Consent, Vaccination on January 25, 2012 at 6:17 pm
( The widespread medical practice of administering Hepatitis B vaccines to newborns is something that should sound mental alarm bells. Why? Hep B is contracted chiefly by sexual contact, first appearing among male homosexuals then later spreading to the general population by adult heterosexual promiscuity. Hep B is but one of many STDs, but is not yet an epidemic. Why not vaccinate for common contagions that become epidemics? And why subject newborns to their first Hep B vaccination at 12 hours, then a booster shot at 4 months, and another at 4 years when the vaccine ‘memory’ has faded? Is it because babies are going to be sexually active in their first 4-5 years? The answer is Yes, but this type of sexual contact never happens by mutual consent; it’s called child molestation. Pedophiles now pepper the professions landscape like warts on a witch. Some pedophiles are members of parliament that legislated exceptional powers be given to Child Protection agents. Other pedophiles are police; others are found in religious orders, there are doctors and lawyers, and teachers, and engineers, etc.etc.. Many pedophiles have Hepatitis B and are carriers infecting others, including children and babies. Where though is the wholesale threat of Hep B infection to children?
Enter the thugs of Child Protection agencies. These regularly abduct, or forcibly remove, children from parents straight into the waiting arms of individuals of an elite pedophile clientele. In nearly every office of any Child Protection agency there is at least one Frau Goebbels that liaises with the elite clientele. Sometimes it’s upon request for a particular victim that a child is forcibly removed. An MP or doctor or policeman is attracted to the child through official capacity and requests Child Protection agents to intervene to remove the child on the flimsiest of pretexts. Other times a child is removed by Child Protection from foster care by midnight raids, or foster care perverts are actively engaged providing the elite client with ‘meat’. Many children that die in Child Protection care were victims of a blind eye policy to satanic practises. To avoid the scandal that too many children and sucking infants in Child Protection care get infected with Hep B, complicit legislators drafted a series of Hep B vaccinations into law or into standard medical practice as something good and healthy for the nation’s infants. Fortunately, most children are not sexually molested during their tender years; those that are may never remember the incidents. For the former, the side-effects of vaccination cause death or maim by contaminants carefully planted within the witch’s brew of vaccines. The range of vaccine contraindications is extensive but seldom are parents informed.

Henry has accessed the material factor of this. The vaccine substance supposed to prevent brain development that humanity is evolving into prevents growth of certain parts of the brain i.e. pineal 3rd eye probably. HPV was initially created and spread to prevent Humanity from evolving into their next stage of consciousness. The preserve of the pineal will be limited to the supposed cadres to allow trhem to communicte with REALITY and thus shape the world according to their orrupted fdseiree. This however has been countered and REALITY is aware. Hence ths natural disasters and increaisng frquency. The next generation of truth sayers are being targetted, preemoptively hence the young babies are hit with a vaccine intended to target teenagers (teens also are hit with vaccines) to prevent any pineal development at all. We are being enslaved on a certain dimension of reality, and very few are aware of this, only the cadres and so called religious are accessing this now or being culled under guise of religion.

Was it REALLY worth it? – by Rob Cooper – 2nd September 2011

Doctor’s daughter who looted Poundland for a bottle of Lucozade is jailed for 8 months A doctor’s daughter who stole a bottle of Lucozade and some sweets from Poundland during last months riots has been jailed for eight months, The 17-year-old also helped herself to t-shirts and sunglasses from a nearby store as violence broke out in Peckham, south London. She claimed she had only gone to see what was going on but took the items from two ransacked shops as she got drawn in to the disorder. Riots: The teenage looter, who cannot be identified, flees from the Poundland store in Peckham, south London The teenager, who cannot be named, handed herself in to police after a neighbour spotted her in a picture. She went to the police station with her father, who is a doctor, and her mother, a nurse, and confessed to the crime. The court heard she was a ‘quiet and intelligent’ and regularly attended a church group.

Prosecutor Bridgeen McKeague told Camberwell Youth Court today that that the girl had become caught up in the disorder. She said: ‘There was a picture in a newspaper of the defendant coming out of Poundland. She was then arrested, also for burglary at Blue Inc on Rye Lane. ‘She was seen on CCTV coming out with numerous items of clothing.’ Jailed: The 17-year-old was given eight months behind bars after stealing Lucozade and a number of other items ‘She stated that she had gone to the Peckham area with friends, she wanted to see the riots. ‘When she got there she went into various stores. She went into Poundland and stole numerous items of confectionery. ‘She confessed she did this. Her reason was because everyone did this. She is of previous good character.’ Her defence solicitor Abigail Pavitt said she had no intention of getting involved in disorder but was drawn in. ‘When she got back (home) and realised what she had done she was shocked. The only items which she took were the sweets she had in her pocket. ‘It is out of character for her. It is not how she has behaved in the past or will behave in the future.’ District Judge Tan Ikram gave the teenager a four month detention and training order for raiding poundland and a further four months for stealing from Blue Inc.

The two sentences will run consecutively. The judge said: ‘Peckham was one of the areas which was affected very seriously by public disorder. There was a complete breakdown of law and order. ‘People came onto the street – there was major civil disturbance, large scale looting and large scale damage. ‘There was loss of livelihood, major financial loss and great fear was caused to the general public. ‘The defendant says she wanted to go to see the riots. Many of the defendants I am dealing with at this court are of good character. They come from good families.’ He added: ‘This young lady wanted to see the riots. Most young people did not cause any problems. Most people stayed away. ‘This young lady knew what she did was wrong. She knew that you can’t go into premises that have been broken into by others and help herself – I have no doubt about that. ‘Even the monetary value of these items in my judgement does not reflect the harm that she has caused.’ She had earlier pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary.

[[[ *** RESPONSE *** ]]]

Get her to reimburse 1 bottle more than she stole (i.e. 100% – see if any banksters dare to steal billions) then attend a good citizenship seminar that addresses people who did petty theft. It is not a money problem, it is a behaviour issue in a situation she was not prepared for by the education (maybe add a section that when during a riot do not steal stuff). She did not imprison anyone. This sentence only enriches the prison contractor system AGAIN. She’s not such a bad sort, just drop the jail term and let her go with a warning as it was a first offence and in extraordinary circumstances (i.e. during riot) where her moral judgment was impaired by the chaos around her. Entitling as ‘was it worth it’, makes Rob Cooper seem supportive of the sentence somehow? It is not worth it to the taxpayers, and not fair to imprison 8 months for such a petty sum which should be settled at an equitable 2 times penalty as exampled above. 3 World countries are always enriching cronies. This method using the prison system is rampant in England.

Teenager lured girls into house to be raped by Asian gang jailed 7 years – by Rob Cooper – 2nd September 2011

Stephanie Knight, pictured outside court at an earlier hearing, was jailed for seven years after being found guilty of conspiracy to rape lured two 16-year-old girls on a night out to be raped by an Asian gang has been jailed for seven years. Stephanie Knight, who was 17 at the time, told her victims that they were going out to a nightclub. But instead they were driven round to a house where they were plied with alcohol and drugs before being sexually assaulted by brothers Amjad Hussain, 34, and Shahid Hussain, 38, and their cousin Tanveer Butt, 39. The girls, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were taken from Blackburn, Lancashire, to a derelict terraced property in Accrington with no electricity as one of the girls was subjected to a ‘terrifying ordeal’ of oral, vaginal and anal rape. Knight, 19, wanted the other teenager to perform oral sex on one of the men but she refused. She and Butt then stopped her from going to help her friend as she cried out while she was being raped. Knight said the victim was ‘chilling with my boys’. The Asian gang are the latest in a long line of groups who have targeted vulnerable teenagers across Britain. The two victims were later orally raped by Amjad Hussain, Knight’s ex-boyfriend, as they were driven home following the attack in December 2009.

All three male defendants were jailed indefinitely at Preston Crown Court and ordered to serve at least seven-and-a-half years before they can be considered for parole. Knight, who had been in local authority care since the age of 11, told a jury she first met Amjad Hussain six months before the incident when he pulled up in his car by her in the street and asked for her mobile number. They went on to have a sexual relationship and she said she later fell in love with him. In the months that followed, he persuaded her to perform oral sex on the other two defendants, she said. It emerged during her trial that she was currently being supported by Engage, a multi-agency initiative set up to tackle child sex exploitation in Blackburn. In mitigation, Knight was described as a ‘victim’ who claimed she had previously been raped herself in a separate incident. Judge Beverley Lunt told the 19-year-old she played a ‘vital part’ in the conspiracy as she ordered her to spend seven years in a young offenders’ institute. ‘It is clear you have had a difficult life so far. There is no doubt you have distorted views of morality and appropriate behaviour,’ the judge said. Jailed indefinitely are Tanveer Butt, Amjad Hussain and Shahid Hussain were told they must serve at least seven-and-a-half years before they are considered for parole ‘There is no question that you were badly used by these men. You knew what they were like and what their interests were and yet you lured the girls into their clutches. ‘But for you, neither girl would have been exposed to the danger on the night and subjected to the humiliating rapes.

‘You played a vital part in this conspiracy and knew what you were doing.’ Knight, from Rawtenstall, Amjad Hussain, from Accrington, and married father-of-four Butt, from Rochdale, were all convicted of conspiracy to rape. Knight and Butt were also found guilty of aiding and abetting rape while Amjad Hussain, Shahid Hussain, of Rochdale, and Butt were all found guilty of rape. All four defendants denied the offences. Convicted: Amjad Hussain, his brother Shahid and Tanveer Butt protested their innocence but were found guilty of their parts in the girls’ horrific ordeal

[[[ *** RESPONSE *** ]]]

Get some (equally Asian) masked volunteers to rape Stephanie Knight back the same way with the victims facing away and with earplugs and clear intent for her to regain what she has lost (she wasn’t a virgin was she? then get virgin male volunteers to do the raping) – this is the equitably best way to do give justice and ‘spiritually’ restore her, then close the case and let everyone go back to their own business. Punishment equal and fair all over in an hour at most. Who wants to pay 7 years of prison lodging and food? This is how England or the First World bankrupts itself. Stephanie didn’t cause someone to be imprisoned, she caused someone to be raped. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, gang rape for gang rape. As for the boys, they could have been raped back in some similar sentence with equally unpleasant people carrying out the punishment too instead of burdening taxpayers while enriching the prison system.

A 19-year-old New York man faces up to five years in prison after federal authorities arrested him on Tuesday for allegedly streaming live copyrighted sporting events over the Internet. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) announced that Mohamed Ali was taken into custody at his home and charged with one count of criminal infringement of a copyright. “Today’s arrest sends a clear message to website operators who mistakenly believe it’s worth the risk to take copyrighted programming and portray it as their own,” ICE Director John Morton said in a statement. “Protecting legitimate business interests are a priority for HSI, the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center and our law enforcement partners.
We are dedicated to protecting the jobs, the income and the tax revenue that disappear when organized criminals traffic in stolen content for their own profit.” Ali was the operator of site that provided online access to telecasts of sporting events and pay-per-view events, such as the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), Ultimate Fighting Championship and (UFC) and boxing events. The website did not host the pirated content. Rather, it embedded video displays whose content was running on a stream from another website. The two domain names associated with the site, HQ-STREAMS.COM and HQ-STREAMS.NET, were seized by ICE in February as part of “Operation in Our Sites,” an ongoing investigation into websites that illegally offer copyrighted material. Ali made more than $6,000 in profits from February 2010 to January 2011, according to ICE. Another man from New York, Brian McCarthy, was arrested in March and charged with criminal copyright infringement. He was the owner of The advocacy group Demand Progress called the arrest a “shocking overreach.” While the criminal complaint alleges that McCarthy did engage in the “reproduction and distribution” of copyrighted material, it is never clear that he actually reproduced any of the specified broadcasts. “Under that sort of thinking, everyone who’s sent around a link to a copyrighted YouTube video is a criminal,” Demand Progress warned, calling the prosecution a “radical shift” in the way the government polices the Internet.

*Make* the offender work at or consult with related experts on the correct side of the computer industry at appropriate places (non-intelligence sensitive anti-hacking software design labs for example) for free, to instil in him the reasons why illegal streaming should not be done and how to appreciate the work the industry does. Fine and jail again are meaningless. Telecoms rather than the consumer should pay the producers incidentally, as without content, no people would bother to use internet streaming services. This is a victimless crime if the above suggestion can be implemented.
A Monterey Park yogurt shop owner is facing kidnapping and attempted murder charges for abducting a female employee and keeping her inside a box in a soundproof room, prosecutors said Friday. Robert Yachen Lee alleged lured the employee to a storage room above O My Yogurt on south Atlantic Boulevard early Wednesday, knocked her unconscious and then — after removing her clothing and dressing her in an adult diaper — placed her in a box, authorities said. The victim told authorities that when she came to, she was bound with tape and had a collar around her neck. Prosecutors believe Lee planned the kidnapping, because the storage room had recently been soundproofed. The woman was able to free herself and escape to a nearby optometrist’s office, where she alerted police. Lee appeared briefly in Alhambra Superior Court on Friday afternoon. Bail was set at $10 million.

A stint at psyche counselling centre overseeing the same, an apology to the girl and her family, and don’t involve the courts will solve THIS problem. Make sure he learns to enjoy his fantasies with consensual people or fetish workers. Make sure the counselor makes sure that he hires an escort to play those out for him when he needs to. Save the taxpayer money, save the courts time, and show some maturity as a society and community. What he needed was a plan of action that society normalises for this. Simple solution. In fact the media should not even publish his photo like this (at most a general likeness/pencil sketching for the media) as it will make life in his community impossible after whatever counselling he receives, and then being knocked out in turn should the victim demand it. His attack against the girl occured in private and was known to none but him and her.
But putting him under scrutiny of the public punishes him far beyond the scope of what he had dished out. 100s or 1000s may revile him, while his act only humiliated one person. At most the family of the victim could be present in whatever similarly retaliative action, and even then should the woman choose if anyone closest to her (and nobody else). This stigma effectively destroys him and makes it impossible to grow as he will be countering 100s or 1000s of ‘enemies’ for as long as he is not strong enough. This is like kicking a person when their down. This is unjust and will suffer retaliation in some form or other and thus the cycle of viciousness worsens by the hand of the judge and society’s inability to think for itself and grow a conscience.

For love of diversity, I suggest the fattest breed with the fattest (also thinnest with thinnest). Losing fat people in society would be like losing a distinct species of animal or plant. They may not be the best or healthiest specimens of humanity but equally valid in existence and rebuke to those who would force everyone to look like clones of the way governments impose their will on what is acceptable or not (as if to avoid bullying one needed to be less than fat), looks horrible to some of us, but thats the challenge to those attempting to impose a mono-system that threatens conformity and uniformity. Potter challenges the system by being fat so she’s a hero! Mob mentality is nonsense and a tool of control even in preferences in aesthetics, so keep eating to the limits of health in a way that does not affect longevity! Don’t blame it on your genes, treasure those genes and attenuate them by breeding with even fatter (but healthy wherever possible) people!

This is not for everyone but if there was anyone who needed to build on what they have, Pauline Potter is just such an example !

Robert Phang should give Nazri Aziz a break – by Iskandar Dzulkarnain, Malaysia Chronicle – 8th September 2011

In Bumiputera Apartheid, Democracy, Invasive Laws, Malaysia on January 25, 2012 at 6:04 pm

Robert Phang should give Nazri Aziz a break SATIRE lthough, I have a high opinion of Tan Sri Datuk Robert Phang Miow Sin, I am not amused by the statements he made against Nazri Aziz, the so-called de facto Minister for Law, who declared that he would fight tooth and nail to ensure Chinese representation in a Barisan Nasional government even if the Chinese component party, namely MCA. fails to secure a single parliamentary seat in the coming polls. What is wrong with that? Nazri, may be a hothead, but he is a respected Malay leader, and what he has stated is very noble in championing the Chinese cause. It is not an insult to the Chinese as I believe that MCA leaders too cannot believe their ears, and are still grinning like Cheshire Cats at the ‘lifeline’ given by UMNO should MCA fail to wrest any seats in the next election. Moreover, if Ibrahim Ali finds out, you can bet that he will go after Nazri to protest his siding with the Chinese. Whether the statement is supposed to elevate Nazri Aziz in the eyes of the Chinese community is up to them and remains to be seen, but it is obvious Nazri doesn’t care too much for Chinese sympathy. Already he is a hero among the Malays and that is all that matters. New found champion! Nazri’s only weakness is his passion to ensure that Chinese interests are not jeopardized, should BN win 90% of the vote in the next election. No, BN is not deterred by the threat of mass electoral fraud, gerrymandering, citizenship for votes, postal vote fraud or the thousands of phantom voters. BN is confident of winning big in the next election. Also Nazri does not need to look into his own backyard, as the welfare of his Malay brothers and sisters are already well taken care of, leaving him time to focus on the plight of the poor Chinese who may lose total representation in Parliament.

It is also pointless to dwell on Dr Chua Soi Lek’s pornographic background as unsuitable for a government minister’s post, as we must remember that MCA members chose him to be their President, and he rightly deserves a post, should UMNO care to offer him any. His ‘ingenious’ statement was merely to warn the Chinese that should MCA loses, the Chinese will lose total representation, which UMNO would not want to see happen. And that is the basis for Nazri’s magnanimous offer. The MAS foot-in-the-mouth Not too long ago, Nazri Aziz was seen interfering with GLCs by instructing them to appoint a favoured legal firm to help them withdraw their cases against former MAS chairman, Tajudin Ramli. We should not penalize Nazri. After all he is looking out for a friend in need, and think of the vast amounts the government would save if the GLC’s were to drop the charges! Tajuddin is already suing a web portal for RM200million for inaccurate reporting while MAS is being sued again for RM240million by US GIRO – Warranty House International, Inc. If MAS is left to recover without any hindrance, it may do so one day in the future. MAS is still financially strong and backed by fixed-assets unlike debt laden carrier Air Asia. It is because Nazri is a lawyer that he can comprehend basic principles of corporate law, while his directive was purportedly misinterpreted as it was meant to be ‘advice’ instead, to suborn the board of directors of the GLCs involved. But Malaysia was never a functioning democracy.

It is also not alarming or preposterous of Nazri to state that “The system allows us to appoint senators and we need to have representatives from the non-Malay community.” It won’t add to the public scepticism that appointments to the Senate is being abused as a backdoor entry into government. After all, it has always been this way, as comrades in arms always have to take care of the fallen ones. Tan Sri Phang also stressed that; “a general election is part of the democratic process to allow the electorates to select the leaders whom they would want to govern over them and the country. “If the Chinese electorate has rejected the Chinese leaders from MCA, who is Nazri to force upon us, to accept such leaders as our representatives in government?” “Let us be reminded that being elected to form the government is part of the democratic process. It erodes the fundamentals of democracy when a government is formed not from elected representatives but by back door appointments from politicians who have failed. A government post is not a trophy for political gratification.” All though this part I fully agree with Tan Sri, but we need to realize that this nation never had a functional democracy in the past fifty years to begin with, and to expect BN to play by the rules is like asking a cow to climb a tree. So I believe that Nazri shouldn’t recant his statement after all, And lastly we need to be realistic, as we simply cannot associate UMNO with the wise words quoted by Tan Sri Phang below, as UMNO does not thrive on humility, neither are they not arrogant, but they think that they have to be strong enough to rule this nation: “HUMBLENESS IS GOOD VIRTUE, ARROGANCE SHALL FALL, THE MEEK WILL RULE THE WORLD”. – Malaysia Chronicle

Give Nazri a break? Zul probably has Choonmei eating out of her hand. Lemme guess, Zul owns Choonmei via neurotech and is modulating the forum? How can anyone give Nazri a break? Representation by puppets without equality is no representation at all. You can try to lie to the people some more, it won’t work. And ppor Choonmei has lost both her mind and ethics. Zul has no honesty to the equality off the minority citizens IMHO, and his bold faced lying is just too obvious now. Typically BUMI. YOu have more than once conveniently brushed aside calls for equalitym discussions on equality. Malaysian Chronicle is now a tool of UMNO, quietly so but tool for certain. Disappointing AND no honest word on ending APARTHEID from DAP as well. Probably the family dynasty party is not in control of itself anymore.

VOTERS! ALWAYS REMEMBER TO VOTE FOR an MP or Assemblyman who will endorse : 1) Freedom from Apartheid/Fascism 2) Freedom from Religious-Persecution/Religious-Supremacy. 3) Equality for all ethnicities and faiths in all aspects of policy, Law and Constitution. ; the race or faith will not matter so long as they endorse the 3 items. When apart from asking to give soneone who wants puppets as minority MPs who accept APARTHEID, a break, are they ending the 2 classes of citizen? Bumi and Non-Bumi? What kind of article is this? Cover the subject casually but miss out the issue of equality? Robert Phang should NOT give Nazri a break. Nazri should give ALL the minorities a break by endorsing ending Bumiputra Apartheid. Anyone, whatever statement they make, is always alarming or preposterous if they do not endorse with intent to grant :

1) Freedom from Apartheid/Fascism
2) Freedom from Religious-Persecution/Religious-Supremacy. (address UNHCR Article 18 for Malays)
3) Equality for all ethnicities and faiths in all aspects of policy, Law and Constitution.

This response thus sums up the raison d’etre for Article 1 of the UNHCR and the basis of racial tensions in Malaysia.
